yes but it does not help. i have everything white and light here. i get depressions very easily.

I have not tried this, but they told me that there are some lights that have a specific wavelength which most other lights don't have. this wave length fools your brain into thinking that it is sun light, and they say it really help against depression. Maybe you can research here [link]

i have heard about that...here they are called mood-lights...guess phillips made some, also with color changing. well, for now, i am going to sit in the sun for at least one hour a day and hopefully it will help. thx for the link

I've been going through a very stressful semester, which of course does not help with mood. I found that even when I was super busy, taking the lunch hour out was a good idea. I would go to the park and look at the ducks in the lake, or sit outside at the coffee shop for a couple of hours while working. I find that outdoors helps me to deal with thing.
