natural light is the best anyway you need a window as light source and some reflection panels that is all you need...there should be some nice tutorials in the web and some awesome books and all is in english...check amazon.com for food books i read this one and it is really great:

I find this quite amazing. It is like a photo and painting mixed together, at least that is how it looks to me with the textures. Plus I just love Pomegranate photos.
